About Us

Quantum Leap Strategies was founded by Budd D. Berro in April, 2000, after spending more than 20 years in the financial services industry in Houston, New York, and Charlotte, North Carolina.

During the course of his career, Mr. Berro provided financial products, services, and advice to a variety of large and small public and private companies in both U.S. and foreign markets. He was an Assistant Vice President at a predecessor organization to J.P. Morgan Chase, a Vice President at Citibank, and a Senior Vice President at First Union Corporation (now Wachovia Bank). Mr. Berro has also provided risk assessment, analysis, and management services for many different securities and capital markets products in a number of geographic locations.
